Today’s trends of low calorie crash diets and fasting are not the answer to a healthy life. It is especially important to start the day off with breakfast. I was raised with the notion that Breakfast was the most important meal of the Day. “Breaking the fast” that occurs when we are sleeping sets the tone for your metabolism and appetite for the rest of the day. I love breakfast foods but my issue is I am not really hungry in the morning until I have been up a few hours and because I am not a morning person I rarely get up early.
My personal solution has been making Protein Breakfast Cookies. They are filling, healthy and go great with COFFEE!
